A four-time headmaster and college dean, I have spent 54 years working with students and families in college, boarding school, day school and therapeutic environments. While my work of the last 15 years has been focused on traditional, therapeutic or transitional living placements, the experience I gained in my work before becoming an educational planner has helped inform my current work. I’ve spent much of my career championing the fit of an environment as the most important factor in determining success and have a particular interest in helping students for whom the journey is a difficult and demanding one.
